WHAT CAN I RETURN?
We will be happy to accept your item back for return, as long as the item meets the return criteria below:
- In its original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.
- No signs of wear (marks from tan, deodorant or other personal stains)
- FULL PRICE items within 45 days of purchase.
- SALE items within 14 days of purchase for EXCHANGE or CREDIT only.
- Items may only be returned with proof of purchase
UK RETURNS
Postal Returns and Exchanges within UK are FREE.

Once we receive your parcel, your return will be processed within 14 business days. Your items must meet the Terms and Conditions in our policy. Please allow additional processing time over sale / holiday periods.
Please note: Orders made on our UK site (orders starting with #UK) must be returned to our UK warehouse.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you live outside the UK, you still have 45 days to return your FULL PRICE items, and 14 days for SALE items.
International customers are required to cover any return shipping costs incurred. We strongly recommend using a carrier with tracking. To return your order please follow the 3 easy steps below:

- Send your order to our UK address, this will be listed in your order confirmation email.
- Once we receive your parcel, your return will be processed within 14 business days. Your items must meet the Terms and Conditions in our policy. Please allow additional processing time over sale / holiday periods.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We gladly offer exchanges on unworn, unwashed and unopened items in re-sellable condition with original tags still attached.
If the requested item for an exchange is out of stock, our team will contact you to organise an alternative solution. Exchanges will be shipped with standard postage.
